1. KUMON CONNECT Study Guidelines

• This KUMON CONNECT Application Form is an additional document to the Student Registration Form which Parents must have signed and accepted in order to proceed with the Kumon learning program.
• By clicking “AGREE” below, you have accepted all the Terms & Conditions herein in order to proceed to use the KUMON CONNECT Application (“the Application”) developed by Kumon Institute of Education Co., Ltd. (“KIE”), the parent company of the Kumon Group based in Japan, of which Kumon (Australia) Pty Ltd (“KANZ”) is a subsidiary.
• Students will be provided a login ID and password to study worksheets selected by the instructor through their tablet device using the Application.
• Students shall follow any manuals or guidelines provided by the instructor when using the Application.
• Ordinary monthly tuition fees will apply.
• Students that wish to withdraw from KUMON CONNECT and proceed to use printed worksheets must make a request to their instructor by giving 10 working days’ written notice by way of email. The printed worksheets will only be available from the following month of study.
• In addition to these terms, you must also agree to the terms of use for the Application. Parents of students that will study Kumon with their tablet must login to the Application and agree to the terms of use before allowing their children to use the Application.

2. Tablet/Network Requirements

• Students are responsible for arranging their own tablet device that meets the specifications on the Kumon website.
• Students may be unable to use the Application and it may not function correctly if they use a tablet device that does not meet these specifications.
• Students are responsible for any network fees or other charges required for using the Application.
• Printed worksheets will not be provided to students for the applicable subjects on an ordinary basis. However, printed worksheets may be used to continue providing the Kumon learning program in the event of a system failure or if we discontinue or temporarily suspend the Application at any time. You will not be entitled to a refund of any paid fees in part or in whole for any defect, suspension or discontinuation of the provision of the Application.

3. Collection, Use and Transfer of Personal Data

• If you would like to ask a question, withdraw consent, ensure your personal data remains correct and up-to-date, or make a complaint, please contact us using the contact information below. At your discretion, you can also lodge a claim to the relevant data protection authority or court of competent jurisdiction.
